 Renovations are underway at Thorn-Hill Library!
New features will include:
- A new entrance separate from the facility entrance
- An integrated and improved customer service desk
- A more logical and open layout
- A Teen Zone
- A TDC (Technology Discovery Centre)
- A more inviting magazine lounge area and World Languages area
- An attractive children's area concentrated in one area
- An expanded and improved work area

Renovations are underway at Village Square Library! Starting January 3, 2006 the creation of a new and exciting library space including a teen zone, new children's' area, two new community meeting rooms, a new computer lab, and self checkout stations will begin. The new colours, carpeting and design look fabulous and are currently being displayed at the Library entrance. We will remain open throughout the renovations and will continue providing some programming in the Library and thanks to the Village Square Leisure Centre we will be offering some programming next door. We will keep you posted as to our progress and as always we look forward to seeing you at the library!
