("Rio Narcea") by way of open market purchases on theToronto Stock Exchange, and since the announcement of the take-over bidfor Rio Narcea by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lundin MiningCorporation have acquired a total of 7,559,400 common shares, bringingtheir current holdings to 15,649,400 common shares of Rio Narcea.
