Description
ACCOUNTING A/P A/R
1) Working in the Project Accounting Department - need 3 years experience in project services.
- Invoice processing from EPCM contractor and multiple sub contractors
- Accurate capture of cost information
- Development, retrieval and updating project reporting at scheduled intervals
- Liaise with project services group
- Assist with the Change Management process within Corp.
- Project information management - administer project information flow between EPCM contractor databases Skills 3 - 4 years experience
JDE experience
SAP Experience
Multi tasker , Meet deadlines, team player , organized , great communication skills 2) Stock Accounting Department - AP Administrator - 1+ years experience
- Administer and reconciliation of the stock accounting, payables and management information aspects and act as systems focal for the metered relationships
- Provide analysis of performance as required
- Set up and maintain JDE accounts
- Provide systems and process support, including training to carriers
- Conducts stock audits of carriers
- Respond quickly to requests for data or analysis
