关于配偶团聚的流程及资料大全
一、总纲
1、准备表格；
2、办理单身证明和护照(非必须)；
是现在没结婚的，现在要回国结婚，则办理单身证明再回去结婚；
如果户口没有注销就不用单身证明，直接回国拿户口本和身份证就可以了登记结婚了。
如果您已经入籍，成为加拿大公民了，那就要办理护照（加拿大的护照）了。
3、结婚
4、做公证：结婚、出生、未刑、户口本；
5、体检
6、交申请费；
7、寄表格；
8、大概一个月担保通过，转到BJ或HK；
9、再过半个月会收到file no.；
10、等待…（大概3~5个月）

申请人应准备的材料:
公证.(出生, 无犯罪, 户口, 结婚证)
户口, 结婚证： 是间接公证，原件的复印件、翻译件、以及公证两者相符
未刑（无犯罪）公证：中国的，到你户口所在的公证处去问，需要什么材料办。指纹什么的是有些国家的规矩，中国应该用不上。 （我花了很多时间去考证这一点，最后没办指纹,好像没问题，已经担保DM了）
婚纱照,合影照片
电子邮件.

电话帐单.

问：我今年１月在国内和老婆结婚，现在已经回到加拿大了，现在帮老婆申请移民，我应该算境内申请还是境外申请？
答：境外
问：找了好久资料找不到关于境内的，不知道有何不同，多谢？
答：境内的邮寄的移民局不同，境内时间比较长半年以上，境内拒签不能上诉，直接出境，境内不用受分开两地的相思之苦，境内申请以后会有个1年以上的工作签证。

境外团聚是指移民申请人在加拿大境外，境内团聚是指移民申请人在加拿大境内。跟担保人在哪里没关系。两种方式都是由担保人在加拿大提交材料。
IMM5289，里面提到了什么情况下你可以选择境外团聚而不是境内团聚。

递交境内团聚不是强制性的，在加拿大境内也可以选投境外团聚，你有权利要求到自己的国家处理,
境内团聚/境外团聚的好处坏处在5289里面也提到了的,建议把境内团聚的说明也看一下好了，不用多看就是IMM5289 page 3-4，即可。
境内团聚不用担心签证会过期，被赶回去,可以呆下去(当然如果要工作/学习还是需要另外申请permit),但如果不干事情，没有签证也可以合法呆下去。 (官方解释见[url=http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/sponsor/faq-spouse.html][color=#0066cc]http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/sponsor/faq-spouse.html[/color][/url])
境外团聚则没有这点优势, 涉及到签证过期的问题，过期就不好了。
境内团聚坏处之一是被据了不能上诉的
境外团聚要比境内团聚快很多。境外团聚，一般北京3-6 个月;境内团聚8个月以上，超过1年很正常.

1、可以通过信用卡，网上缴费 信用卡只能是：Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card
我当初没有信用卡，所以不清楚具体操作，不过按照 [url=http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html][color=#0066cc]http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html[/color][/url] 上的连接一步一步的操作，应该没有问题。
2、到银行交费：
1）、 先在 [url=http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html][color=#0066cc]http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html[/color][/url] 免费预定IMM 5401，大约一周就会邮寄给你，
因为收费收据上面有唯一的一个代码，你将来可以通过这个代码查询你的进度 所以不能自己下载打印，必须预订
2）、填写 担保人（缴费人）的姓名 出生日期 金额，到银行缴费；银行将 Copy1收据联 和 Copy2 Fees Receipt 联给你
3）、Copy2发票联和其他表格一起提交
